We are proud to be part of the worldwide network of Official Rolex Jewelers, providing a beautifully appointed, dedicated Rolex showroom. The Role We are seeking a poised, articulate, and highly motivated Rolex Sales Specialist to join our elite team. In this role, you will serve to be dedicated Rolex brand within our showroom. This is a highly visible position requiring absolute discretion, exceptional diplomacy, and the unique ability to navigate the high-demand dynamics of the luxury timepiece market. You will guide passionate enthusiasts, manage client expectations gracefully, and deliver a seamless, elevated service experience that aligns with our reputation. Key Responsibilities Represent the
Crown:
Act as the primary on-floor expert for the Rolex timepieces, masterfully conveying the heritage, watchmaking mechanics, and technical innovations of the timepieces. Manage the
Rolex Journey:
Walk clients through the entire acquisition process. This includes navigating inventory allocations with complete transparency, managing client expectations gracefully, and turning standard inquiries into long-term relationships.
Deliver Concierge Hospitality:
Provide a deeply memorable, polished, and low-pressure experience to everyone from first-time buyers celebrating a milestone to seasoned collectors.
Maintain Brand Integrity:
Ensure the Rolex environment, showcases, and visual merchandising perfectly align with strict corporate guidelines daily.
Maintain Flawless Compliance:
Adhere strictly to the required operational procedures, client registration protocols, and brand guidelines mandated for Official Rolex Jewelers.
Qualifications & Skills Timepiece Experience Preferred:
2-5 years of experience retailing luxury timepieces, ideally working directly with Rolex or other elite Swiss watch brands. High-end luxury retail professionals with a background in strict brand compliance will also be considered. In addition to expertise in selling luxury timepieces, experience in selling jewelry is a big plus.
Mastery of Emotional Intelligence:
Exceptional diplomacy and patience. You must possess the unique ability to handle limited inventory conversations smoothly, ensuring every client leaves feeling valued and respected.
Polished Professionalism:
Exceptional verbal communication, impeccable grooming, and a professional demeanor that naturally commands trust.
Meticulous Organization:
Strong administrative habits for managing client profiles, communication logs, and detailed follow-ups.
Brand Training:
Prior graduation from Rolex training programs or modules is a massive advantage, though a commitment to undergo rigorous brand training is required.
