The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively addressing inquiries and concerns. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via face to face engagement. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and information. Collaborate with team members to improve and enhance the overall customer experience. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy is essential. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
