Job Description

Xtreme Event Group (based in Manalapan, NJ) is one of New Jersey's leading social events companies specializing in bar and bat mitzvah entertainment. We are currently hiring part-time event production staff to join our growing team. As a member of our part-time event production staff, you'll help create unforgettable events by setting up, operating, and breaking down professional audio, video, lighting, staging, and special effects equipment. You'll work alongside a talented team while gaining hands-on experience in live event production. Did we mention our part-time event production staff members frequently receive tips from appreciative clients? This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in helping execute exceptional events.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate audio, video, lighting, and special effects equipment Load and unload event equipment Assist with event production and execution at bar/bat mitzvahs and other social events Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Work collaboratively with other part-time event production staff members and event team leaders
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Availability to work weekends Comfortable driving a 15' U-Haul rental truck Ability to lift and move equipment Previous event production experience is preferred but not required If you've ever assembled something from IKEA and it looked exactly like the picture on the box, you'll probably fit right in with our part-time event production staff team.
