Responsibilities Act as the enthusiastic face of the brand at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns, engaging with diverse audiences to generate interest and excitement. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively, ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings. Collect valuable data through surveys, feedback forms, and direct interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve customer experiences. Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, engaging content, and responding to inquiries to boost online visibility. Support event marketing initiatives by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and creating a lively atmosphere that attracts attention. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding prospects through their purchasing decisions. Develop strong communication skills through public speaking engagements and one-on-one interactions that inspire trust and enthusiasm for the brand. Experience Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service. Proven ability in sales or promotional roles that involve direct customer engagement and persuasion. Familiarity with data collection methods and social media management tools to enhance marketing efforts. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse audiences. Experience in event marketing or public speaking helps create impactful presentations that resonate with audiences. Strong interpersonal skills combined with a proactive attitude are essential for building rapport quickly.
