Position Overview The Sales & Engagement Associate is the face of the studio experience, responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and high-energy environment for every class. This role blends customer service, sales, and content creation to support both client retention and business growth. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and confident in engaging with clients while promoting the DivaDance brand. Key Responsibilities Studio Operations & Class Hosting Greet and check in clients upon arrival to dance studio Ensure smooth studio flow before, during, and after class Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients Client Engagement & Retention Build relationships with clients and foster a sense of community Follow up with clients who miss class via text or email Provide excellent customer service and support Sales Promote and sell DivaDance memberships and class packages Educate clients on offerings, pricing, and benefits Confidently communicate value and encourage conversions Content Creation Capture photo and video footage during classes Create engaging content for DivaDance social media platforms Ensure content aligns with brand standards and energy Class Announcements Make clear and engaging announcements at the end of each class Upcoming classes and events Promotions and membership options Community updates Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with in-person sales and client interaction Confident speaking in front of groups Experience with social media content creation (photo/video) Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude Success Metrics Client satisfaction and retention Membership sales and conversions Engagement on social media content Smooth and professional class operations Schedule & Expectations Part-time, primarily evenings and/or weekends Availability for scheduled classes and occasional events Consistent in-studio presence required Why Join DivaDance?
