Brand Ambassador - Albany, NY Job Description Kushy Punch, a premier brand in the cannabis industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team in the Albany, NY area. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand at dispensaries and events, engaging with consumers and dispensary partners to increase brand awareness, education, and product sales. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and passionate about cannabis, with a strong ability to represent a premium brand in the field. Key Responsibilities Merchandise and organize product displays at dispensaries Lead and coordinate vendor days throughout the Albany area Educate and train dispensary staff on product knowledge and brand values Actively engage with consumers to build brand recognition and loyalty Represent Kushy Punch at events and promotional activities Collect and report customer and staff feedback to support marketing strategies Collaborate with the sales team to support overall business objectives Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, brand representation, or field sales preferred (cannabis industry experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of the cannabis market and industry trends Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong sense of accountability Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory Location Albany, NY (and surrounding areas) Compensation & Benefits $21.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement Medical reimbursements Employee discount Additional benefits available Kushy Punch is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
