Cannabis Part-time Brand Ambassador About Us:
Our client has paved its own road by offering unique flower products presented in a distinctive way. They believe the individuality of each strain lies in its unique cannabinoid and terpene profile. They are building the next California cannabis brand for a new generation of consumers who want transparency and deeper insight into the cannabis they consume.
Brand Ambassador:
Our client is seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and personable Brand Ambassadors to represent their brand in Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas. Brand Ambassadors will serve as the face of the brand, partnering closely with the client to communicate brand values, processes, and goals. This role represents the brand in a positive and professional manner at retail locations, events, and throughout the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities:
Build brand awareness and engage with a wide variety of cannabis consumers and clients Educate customers, and provide insights from the field Monitor stock movement, pricing, promotions, and merchandising opportunities Build strong customer relationships in support of the Field Regional Sales Manager and Trade Marketing Manager Stay current with industry best practices Transport and set up promotional materials for pop-up events (table, demo materials, swag, branded tablecloth, etc.), new product & store launches, and any other sales or marketing initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary teams and ensure product knowledge and enthusiasm Maintain expert-level product knowledge and clearly articulate it to consumers Track promotions and sales activity during demos Relay data and insights to the Field Regional Sales Manager and Trade Marketing Manager Field-based role with approximately 75% travel required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 2+ years of Brand Ambassador, budtending, or event staff experience preferred Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Weekend and evening availability required Strong communication skills; outgoing and high-energy personality Knowledge of New York cannabis compliance and regulations preferred Familiarity with Instagram, Snapchat, Weedmaps, and other social platforms Passion for the cannabis industry Ability to work independently and collaboratively Sales and street marketing experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay starting at $23/hour Mileage reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision benefits (full-time) Paid time off Employee discount Flexible schedule
