Responsibilities Act as the face of the brand at events, retail locations, and promotional activities. Manage social media platforms by creating content, sharing updates, and interacting with followers to boost online visibility. Collect valuable data during events and campaigns to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts. Assist in organizing and executing event marketing initiatives that increase brand recognition and customer participation. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships with potential clients. Support sales efforts by promoting products, sharing promotional offers, and encouraging purchases in a friendly manner. Experience Previous experience in ambassador, promo, marketing, or sales experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage social media accounts or create engaging digital content is a plus. Experience in sales or event marketing that demonstrates your ability to persuade and motivate others. Bilingual skills are preferred to connect with diverse audiences effectively. Strong communication skills, public speaking confidence, and a passion for branding are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with data collection methods or market research techniques will be advantageous.
