What You'll Do:

Represent Renewal by Andersen at high-traffic events like local stores, county fairs, festivals, carnivals, and home shows Spark meaningful, face-to-face conversations with homeowners about our window and door solutions Set appointments for free, in-home design consultations with interested prospects Set up and take down booths, tents, banners, and displays as needed based on the location Maintain a positive, professional presence as the face of our brand

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation :

$18/hour base pay plus uncapped commission (Average earnings range from $22-$26/hr, with top performers exceeding that!)

Paid Professional Training :

One week of in-house onboarding, followed by a 4-week in-field mentorship with a senior team member. You'll shadow, be shadowed, and build confidence through real experience.

Flexible Schedules :

Full-time:

Wednesday through Sunday, 9 AM - 6

PM Part-time:
