We are growing! And we want you to grow with us! Towpath is looking for Brand Ambassadors in the Akron area! Towpath Distillery is a young, craft, family-owned distillery in Akron. We make a variety of award-winning spirits including vodka, bourbon, rum, and gin with more products joining the lineup soon. What does a Brand Representative do? The primary responsibility for our Brand Ambassadors is to work with our team and stores to schedule and perform scheduled customer tastings at liquor stores in the Akron area. These tastings usually occur on Thursdays and Fridays during the late afternoons, or on Saturdays during the early afternoon. Expectations are to perform 4-8 tastings/events per month. Other responsibilities include working various events and festivals. This is a part-time position, with events and tastings scheduled 3-6 weeks ahead of time. Our ideal candidates are comfortable speaking to groups; happy to engage with individuals; passionate about spirits and craft cocktails; and excited to see where a career in craft spirits can go.
