Our Brand Ambassadors must be passionate enthusiastic people who are committed to our Goal of Nourishing the Human Spirit through the Love of Food. You will schedule, facilitate and conduct events at customer locations, introduce products and/or services at events, support Branded Programs, create culinary experiences that delight our customers and consumers and perform many other exciting consumer facing activities. You will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service and authentically connect with our customers and consumers to introduce and educate them on the Brand's products.

DUTIES:

Perform Culinary Events creating recipes and beautiful displays with our products as well as conducting other varieties of consumer facing events. Become a Subject Matter Expert - training provided about the Boar's Head products and Branded programs. Work to ensure all selling events are effectively and efficiently facilitated including set up, clean up and completing an online survey for each event. Sell products to the consumer by connecting with them through stories, personal experience and delicious applications Merchandise products, inventory and report on inventory and merchandising opportunities or needs Must maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation and hygiene Must maintain, acquire, coordinate, etc. event equipment as needed Must operate a Food Slicer (Training provided) Support the Director of Selling Events with duties such as, but not limited to: meeting event requirements, monitoring event specialist and other ambassadors, establishing goals; data entry; reporting; recruiting and training additional ambassadors and selling event contractors; scheduling events; creating recipes; planning etc. Imagine new and creative ways to connect with consumers and execute them

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Creative, Passionate and Enthusiastic about food and connecting with people Excellent interpersonal skills, able to knowledgeably and enthusiastically educate consumers about our product line by connecting with them and finding out their needs. Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the company, including weekends and occasional evenings. Able to drive to event locations. Must be detailed, highly organized and motivated Must possess strong written, verbal and computer skills - (Microsoft Office) Experience + that includes one or more of the following: culinary training, restaurant experience, Party Planning, Event Planning, Wedding Planning, Hospitality, Corporate event planning, catering, marketing, sales, retail sales, brand ambassador, entertainment, corporate training, food stylist, merchandising.
