Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sports Card and Trading Card Game (TCG) Streamer and Sorter to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities Stream live gameplay, product demos, and card sorting sessions on social media platforms to engage viewers and promote our brand. Organize and categorize sports cards and TCG cards efficiently to maintain a well-stocked inventory for sales and events. Collect data on viewer engagement, sales trends, and popular products to inform marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts by creating content, responding to comments, and fostering a lively online community. Assist with event marketing by setting up promotional displays, participating in local tournaments or expos, and conducting public speaking engagements. Provide excellent customer service during live streams or in-person events by answering questions and offering product insights. Collaborate on branding initiatives by developing creative content that highlights our unique offerings and builds brand awareness. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail environments is a plus but not required; strong customer service skills are essential. Demonstrated ability in data collection, social media management, or marketing campaigns. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse audiences. Experience with sales techniques or product demos can enhance your effectiveness in engaging customers. Excellent communication skills, public speaking ability, and confidence in representing the brand publicly. Passion for collectible sports cards and TCGs with a keen eye for organization and detail.
