In this role, you will play a key part in helping direct foot and vehicle traffic to our leasing office and main entrance while representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and engaging with the public in a fun and dynamic environment. Position Overview As a Sign Spinner, you will be responsible for strategically positioning yourself in high-visibility areas and using signage to guide and steer traffic toward our leasing office. Your presence helps create awareness, increase visibility, and enhance the customer experience. Schedule We offer a consistent weekly schedule: Monday•
Friday:
10:00 AM•5:00 PM
Saturday:
11:00 AM•4:00 PM
Sunday:
12:00 PM•4:00 PM Compensation $18.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Direct traffic to the leasing office and main entrance using signage Maintain a visible, engaging, and upbeat presence Position yourself safely in designated areas Represent BG Staffing in a professional and positive manner Arrive on time and ready to work scheduled hours Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active Dependable and punctual No prior experience required—just a great attitude and energy!
