Brand Ambassador - Events and Retail $20-$30/hr (Base + Commission) Paid Training | No Experience Needed Renewal by Andersen is looking for friendly, people-focused team members to join our Retail and Event Marketing group. If you like talking with others, enjoy helping customers, and want to reach goals, this could be a great job for you. Earn $20+/hour (base pay plus bonuses) Get paid weekly Extra pay through bonuses and incentives What You'll Do Talk with homeowners at stores, fairs, festivals, and local events Start conversations and make quick connections Share info about our windows and doors (no pushy sales) Set up appointments for our design team Represent a well-known company in a busy, people-first setting Who Does Well in This Role?
