Are you outgoing, energetic, and comfortable talking to new people? Looking for a flexible, part-time role with strong earning potential? Long Home is seeking motivated Brand Ambassadors to represent our company at local events and help drive new business. About the Role As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Long Home at home shows, sporting events, retail locations, and community festivals. Your primary focus will be engaging with homeowners, introducing our services, and setting appointments for our in-home sales team. Key Responsibilities Represent Long Home at events including home shows, sporting events, and retail locations Engage with homeowners in a professional and approachable manner Educate customers on our services and offerings Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team Maintain a positive and energetic presence at all events Compensation & Schedule $20/hour base pay plus uncapped bonus potential Part-time, flexible schedule Opportunities available on weekends and weekdays depending on event schedule Qualifications Reliable transportation required (travel to event locations) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor Dependable and punctual Previous customer-facing or sales experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Long Home This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings.
