Job Description
Cultured Heat is looking for an energetic, outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our growing fermented hot sauce company at events throughout Lancaster County and Central Pennsylvania. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, talking about food, and working fun events on weekends. You'll be the face of the brand, helping customers discover our unique lineup of handcrafted fermented hot sauces. About Cultured Heat Based in Mount Gretna, PA, Cultured Heat creates small-batch fermented hot sauces made with premium ingredients and bold flavor combinations. From local festivals to shopping centers, we're building a loyal following throughout the region and are looking for someone to help us continue growing. What You'll Do Represent Cultured Heat at events throughout Lancaster County and Central PA Engage customers and share our brand story Offer samples and explain our fermentation process and products Process sales using a simple point-of-sale system Set up and tear down event displays Maintain a professional, welcoming booth experience Help grow awareness of a local Pennsylvania food brand Events may include: Park City Center pop-up weekends Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire weekends Beer festivals and craft beverage events Food truck festivals Community festivals and street fairs Holiday markets Farmers markets Seasonal events and special pop-ups throughout Central Pennsylvania Compensation $10/hour base pay PLUS $1 commission for every bottle sold Event admission, parking, and vendor fees covered by Cultured Heat Opportunities to earn additional income during larger festivals and high-traffic events
