This is a people-first role where your job is to create a great first impression, start natural conversations, and help interested homeowners schedule a free in-home consultation with our sales team. We will train you on our products, our process, and how to confidently talk with homeowners about windows and doors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, likes being active during the day, and wants a flexible role with real earning potential. What You'll Be Doing Represent Metropolitan Window Company in a professional, friendly, and upbeat way at assigned retail locations, home shows, community events, and local marketing displays Start conversations with homeowners and introduce them to our window and door replacement services Create interest by explaining who we are, what we do, and why homeowners trust our company Collect accurate customer information using a phone, tablet, or lead capture system Set up, maintain, and break down small marketing displays, signs, tables, brochures, and event materials Stay active and engaged throughout your shift instead of waiting for people to approach you Travel locally to assigned event locations as scheduled Maintain a positive attitude even when people say no Qualifications Outgoing, positive, and comfortable speaking with new people Strong communication skills and a professional appearance Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently without constant supervision Able to stand and walk for extended periods during a shift Able to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup and breakdown Reliable transportation to travel to local event and retail locations Proficiency with iPad/tablet to record customer lead information Available weekdays (mid morning
