Summary As a Brand Ambassador at Mason Dixon Distillery, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand and products to the public. This position is essential for enhancing customer engagement and driving sales through authentic interactions and community involvement. Responsibilities Represent Mason Dixon Distillery at events, tastings, and promotions to engage with customers. Communicate the brand story effectively to enhance customer understanding and appreciation. Drive sales through direct customer interactions and relationship building. Collect feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing strategies. Collaborate with the team to create memorable experiences that reflect our core values. Help grow our brand one person at a time and one sample at a time. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong public speaking abilities to represent the brand confidently at events.
