Duties Provide expert guidance to customers on wine selections, pairing suggestions, and product features to enhance their shopping experience Conduct engaging product demos and tastings that highlight the unique qualities of our offerings Collect customer feedback and data to inform marketing strategies and improve service delivery Manage social media platforms by creating compelling content, promoting events, and increasing brand visibility Assist in planning and executing event marketing initiatives such as wine tastings, festivals, or community outreach programs Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Support branding efforts through visual merchandising, promotional displays, and maintaining a welcoming store environment Communicate effectively with bilingual customers to ensure inclusive service experiences Experience Previous experience in food service or retail sales is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to public speak confidently in front of groups or at events Experience in data collection or social media management is a plus Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and engage diverse audiences Bilingual proficiency enhances customer interactions and broadens outreach potential Knowledge of marketing principles and event promotion strategies is beneficial Passion for wine, beverages, or related products is preferred but not required; training will be provided This role offers an energetic environment where your enthusiasm can inspire others while helping grow our brand presence.
