Paramount Roofing is looking for a Brand Ambassador to be the face of our company across Metro Detroit — connecting with homeowners, generating leads, and helping us earn the 5-star reputation we're known for. What You'll Do Visit recently completed job sites to encourage 5-star reviews and capture customer testimonials Represent Paramount Roofing at local events, neighborhood canvassing, and trade shows Attend home & garden expos to engage with potential customers and generate qualified leads Build referral pipelines by connecting with homeowners, community groups, and local businesses Create and share engaging social media content that showcases our work and builds brand awareness Act as a trusted face of Paramount Roofing in the communities we serve What We're Looking For An outgoing, confident communicator who loves connecting with people Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field Friendly, professional, and able to represent our brand with integrity Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Local to Metro Detroit — familiarity with the area is a plus Prior sales, marketing, or community outreach experience preferred but not required Compensation Hourly pay + Commission — details shared during interview.
