Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Brand Ambassador where your enthusiasm and communication skills will ignite brand awareness and drive sales. In this energetic role, you will represent our brand at events, engage with diverse audiences, and create memorable experiences that foster customer loyalty. Your passion for marketing, social media, and customer service will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence both in-person and online. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise, marketing skills, and public speaking abilities while working in a lively, supportive environment.

Duties:

Promote brand awareness by engaging with customers at events, retail locations, and community gatherings Conduct product tastings to showcase features and quality of products. Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol sales and sampling Educate customers about our products, brand story, and distillation process Use Square system to complete transactions of bottled spirits or premade cocktails Set up and break down booth displays at farmers markets and events. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth Collect valuable data from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts Assist in event marketing initiatives, including setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and coordinating activities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience Utilize strong communication skills to deliver compelling public speaking presentations about the brand and products

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Experience in event marketing, hospitality or public speaking enhances your candidacy Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members Passion for branding, marketing, and representing a company with enthusiasm and professionalism Complete TIPS certification and and abide by all guidelines and state laws for serving alcohol Use Square system to complete transactions of bottled spirits or premade cocktails Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (for booth setup) Interest in craft spirits, food, or local agriculture is a plus

Schedule:

Primarily weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), with occasional weekday events Flexible hours based on event schedule Starts May 1st through November with option to continue in winter months.
