Competitive salary and benefits (health insurance, 401(k), PTO) Free farm-fresh vegetables, gym membership, and CBD product discounts Opportunity to drive growth in a rapidly expanding industry The Role As a Brand Ambassador you will be the face, voice, and embodiment of the Farmer Group Brands-Head & Heal, Florist Farms, Blotter, Tune, and Hudson Cannabis playing a vital role in our customer connection and retention. You will act as our liaison for adult-use cannabis customers at multiple licensed dispensaries in a designated territory, interacting with customers and educating them on our products and our brand differentiators. Working with and under the direction of our Territory Sales Managers and our Field Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute in-store demos in multiple locations throughout your territory, as well as event activations such as conventions, store events, buyers clubs, etc. New York State Cannabis brands are very limited on what marketing/outreach is legally allowed, so in-store tabling activations are a vital part of our marketing, sales, and education strategy. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily scheduled in-store activations (pop-ups) at various retail locations throughout your territory to drive brand awareness and sales. Maintaining positive relationships with consumers , store employees, and other brand reps/ambassadors Maintenance, transportation, and safekeeping of tabling materials, including but not limited to: table and brand skirt(s), samples, handouts, education materials, and display items. Ensure all items are used in compliance with OCM regulations (guidelines provided). Act as a brand expert, becoming deeply knowledgeable about our products and the cannabis industry through training with our sales and education team. Complete detailed activation reports at the start and end of each event, tracking foot traffic and sales performance by working with store staff for inventory reports. Report to your Territory Sales Manager on anything pertaining to the location (i.e stock levels, new dispensary contact, customer needs, budtender feedback, etc.) and scheduling. Report to your Field Marketing Manager for supply upkeep, customer feedback, product inquiries, and restocking. Timely and reliable transportation to and from events/activations. With guidance, manage and organize product displays, ensuring our brands are well-merchandised on the shelves. Serve as the eyes and ears of our sales team, providing valuable insights on industry trends and competitive activity. Maintain excellent communication with our sales and distribution teams via text, phone, and Slack, coordinating logistics with drivers and team members as needed. Maintain a strong, positive online presence and be open to being featured on our social media channels, as well as posting and sharing content to amplify our brand's message. •The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build immediate rapport with consumers Excellent written and oral communication skills Must have reliable transportation Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to work weekends as needed. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
