Fairwinds Manufacturing & Sunshine Farms is seeking a knowledgeable, reliable, and professional cannabis Brand Ambassador / Delivery Driver to represent our wellness-focused cannabis brand throughout the Greater Seattle and Tacoma regions. This role is ideal for an experienced budtender or cannabis professional who is passionate about cannabis wellness, enjoys building relationships, and thrives working independently while serving as a trusted representative of the Fairwinds/Passion Flower/Sunshine brands. This position combines product education, customer engagement, vendor day participation, and product deliveries. What You'll Do Conduct local product deliveries to retail partners throughout the Greater Seattle and Tacoma areas Represent Fairwinds, Passion Flower, and Sunshine Farms at vendor days, educational events, and promotional activities Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and customers Educate budtenders and consumers on our products and wellness-focused cannabis solutions Serve as a knowledgeable and professional ambassador of our brands Communicate feedback, market trends, and customer insights to the sales team Maintain accurate delivery records and reports Work independently while remaining connected and collaborative with the broader team

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications Must reside centrally in the greater Seattle/Tacoma region Current knowledge of Fairwinds wellness products Successful completion of the Fairwinds Budtender Empowerment Program (BEP) Previous cannabis industry experience, preferably as a budtender or retail cannabis professional Strong understanding of cannabis wellness applications and customer education Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Pre-employment background and driving record check required Comfortable spending significant time on the road Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, polished, and customer-focused presentation Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, accountable, and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting vendor days or product demonstrations Experience building relationships with cannabis retailers and industry professionals Knowledge of Washington State cannabis regulations Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position Remote-based role Typical start time of 8:00 AM Flexible scheduling with required weekend availability Significant daily driving throughout assigned territories What We Provide Company vehicle Company credit card Competitive hourly wage of $28.84 per hour Opportunity to work with one of Washington's leading cannabis wellness brands Employee benefits after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period Why Fairwinds?
