Must be comfortable in a commissions based position. Opportunity for base+commissions after 60 days based on performance. Responsibilities Actively promote brand awareness through engaging product demonstrations and sampling activities. Connect with customers using excellent customer service skills, answering questions and providing personalized recommendations. Collect valuable data on customer preferences and feedback to support marketing strategies. Manage social media platforms by sharing event updates, product highlights, and engaging content to boost brand visibility. Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns to attract new customers. Conduct product demos confidently, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchases. Maintain a positive store atmosphere by ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with branding standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to public speak confidently in front of groups or crowds. Bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customer bases. Experience in social media management or digital content creation is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle data collection accurately and efficiently. Passion for marketing, branding, and event promotion with a proactive attitude.
