The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences while creating memorable brand experiences that drive awareness, product education, and sales. Responsibilities Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all events, retail activations, and community engagements. Engage consumers through meaningful interactions that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and product education. Conduct product demonstrations and communicate product features, benefits, and promotions effectively to potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive brand experience. Generate leads, referrals, and sales opportunities while supporting overall marketing and business objectives. Collect customer feedback, consumer insights, and event data to support marketing initiatives and improve outreach strategies. Assist with event setup, execution, maintenance, and breakdown of promotional displays, booths, and branded materials. Distribute promotional materials and support event marketing activities to maximize consumer participation and brand visibility. Accurately track event performance, customer interactions, and activation results, providing detailed reports to management. Adhere to all brand standards, event guidelines, and company policies while maintaining a polished and professional appearance. Travel to assigned event locations and arrive prepared, punctual, and ready to execute successful activations. Collaborate effectively with team members, event organizers, and management to ensure seamless event execution and achievement of campaign goals. Experience Must be 25 years of age or older. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required. Previous sales, promotional marketing, retail, hospitality, or event experience preferred. Valid driver's license and current REAL ID required. Clean driving record with no major violations. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for event setup and breakdown. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. Ability to stand for extended periods during activations and events. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Brand Ambassador, Event Staff, Promotional Representative, or Sales Representative. Experience using tablets, mobile applications, or CRM systems for lead collection. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
