Position Overview:
The Chicago Bulls are seeking driven and energetic individuals to assist with Bulls Kid Nation programs and events throughout the year. We are looking for individuals who will help fill our operational and on-site youth program/grassroots event needs as well as people who are looking to gain firsthand experience in professional sports. In this role, you will work directly with the Bulls Kid Nation team to fulfill all on site needs during Chicago Bulls home games, on-site and off-site youth basketball programs and grassroots events, and select Windy City Bulls home games to ensure a positive experience for participants and their families. This is a part-time, seasonal position that will begin in August 2026 and conclude in May 2027.
Responsibilities:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Serve as the on-site point of contact for assigned programs and events Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of the Kids Zone at Chicago Bulls home games and select Windy City Bulls home games Work a minimum of 15 Bulls Kid Nation shifts, including Chicago Bulls home games, Windy City Bulls home games, and Bulls Kid Nation events Gather, transport, and organize program and event materials Assist with load-in and load-out at external events and programs Prepare program and event equipment, signage, and promotional giveaways Manage participant check-in and provide customer-facing support Collaborate with event leads to fulfill on-site event needs Address and resolve customer service inquiries on location Collect feedback from participants, families, and staff Distribute additional giveaways or materials as needed Capture content for marketing and promotional use when requested Actively promote the Bulls Kid Nation brand to targeted audiences at events Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. You may be a strong fit for this role if you possess the following: Reliable means of transportation Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport and establish strong internal and external relationships Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to work in various locations throughout the Chicagoland area Compensation +
Schedule:
This role pays $16.60/hour and requires flexible work hours. Full-time remote work is not an option for this role and interested applicants should be currently located in or prepared to move to the Chicagoland area. This role will require a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required. Note, this is a part-time position and you might not be scheduled every week based on need and availability. We are an Equal Opportunity employer.
