This is a great opportunity for a marketing student, recent graduate, or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and social media content creation with a growing franchise brand.
Schedule Part-time:
12-20 hours/week Weekend availability required (most events occur Sat/Sun) Flexible weekday hours for outreach and content Responsibilities Represent goGLOW at local events, pop-ups, beaches, gyms, and partner locations Engage with potential clients and generate interest in services Book appointments and support membership sales Assist with grassroots marketing campaigns Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories) Support influencer and community partnerships Appear in brand content Requirements Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging new people Professional, well-presented, and camera-friendly Interest in beauty, wellness, fitness, marketing, or social media Strong communication skills and reliability Self-starter with the ability to work independently Weekend availability required Sales, retail, hospitality, or promo experience is a plus (not required) Why Join Real-world experience in marketing, sales, and content creation Hands-on role in a growing franchise brand Resume-building opportunity with visible local impact Commission + performance-based bonuses Compensation $20/hour starting pay Commission opportunities Quarterly bonuses Free monthly spray tan Employee discounts
