Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Field Sales Promoter / Door-to-Door Brand Ambassador to represent our brand across residential and commercial sectors. This role involves engaging with potential customers directly in their homes and businesses to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for building relationships through face-to-face interactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop business development skills while making a tangible impact in the community. Duties Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and promote our products and services to residential and commercial clients. Engage potential customers through persuasive communication, highlighting product benefits and features. Utilize negotiation skills to address customer questions, overcome objections, and close sales effectively. Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools. Follow up with prospects via outbound calling, warm calling, or telemarketing techniques to nurture leads. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market expansion and brand awareness. Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand visibility within the community. Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in sales, B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Ability to conduct outbound calling, warm calling, and technical sales effectively. Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development techniques. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive attitude towards achieving targets. Valid driver's license is a plus for conducting door-to-door outreach in various locations.
