  • Flexible Hours + Commission HOTWORX Huntington Beach | Part-Time | $20/hr + Commission Are you well-connected in Huntington Beach?
Known in your neighborhood, your kids' school, your charity, your sports league, your local hangouts, your network? We're looking for someone who knows people, builds relationships naturally, and wants to get paid to bring them into the studio. HOTWORX Huntington Beach is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio. We offer 9 infrared sauna workouts and 3 HIIT sessions
  • members work out in semi-private infrared saunas up to 3 people at a time.
It's unlike anything else in the market and it sells itself once people experience it.
What this role actually is:
This is not a desk job. You will be out in the community
  • at events, pop-ups, local businesses, apartment complexes, and anywhere your network takes you
  • booking people into the studio and converting them into members. When you're not in the field, you're in the studio planning outreach, calling leads, and closing sales on the floor. 50% field outreach
  • events, tabling, B2B, community 25% in-studio outreach planning and lead follow-up 25% in-studio sales and member service What you earn: $20/hour base Personally Generated Sales (PGS) commission on every member you bring in Closing commission when you close the sale yourself Commissions stack
  • bring someone in AND close them and you get paid twice Hours are flexible and tied to your output. Show up and produce and you can work up to 30 hours/week. This role rewards hustle directly. What we're looking for: Well-connected in the HB community
  • fitness, wellness, school, charity, neighborhood, or any network where you're a trusted face Passionate about health, wellness, and living an active lifestyle
  • you represent the brand everywhere you go Comfortable talking to people and asking them to experience HOTWORX Self-directed
