Job Description

™ We are now hiring! Lead Coach-Matchmaker/ Relationship Coach & Brand Ambassador (Hybrid, Per Diem) Hybrid; primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings as required by the
CEO. I'M READY
™ | Per Diem | Monday-Friday 9-5 PM + occasional Saturdays. We are seeking a great listener, deeply empathetic, and committed Lead Coach to support women, couples, and high‑value men in finding and maintaining healthy love. This role requires consistency, reliability, and a strong presence on camera. You will report directly to the CEO Yahaira, learn our curriculum, and start each day prepared to coach with structure and excellence. You will also serve as a Brand Ambassador — promoting the business, appearing on camera, and representing the company on our website and social platforms. Availability and consistency is required. Training & Start Dates Training begins: June 15, 2026 Official coaching begins: August 2026
Requirements:
Prior experience in relationship coaching, matchmaking, therapy, or client support Great listener with strong emotional intelligence Comfortable on camera; confident representing the brand publicly Able to promote the company and appear on the website. Must learn and implement the company curriculum / frameworks and begin each day fully prepared Consistent, reliable, and available Monday-Friday 9-5 PM. Occasional Saturday availability Professional Zoom presence Serious inquiries only
Compensation:
$25/hr training $30/hr coaching $35/hr after 90 days $40/hr when matchmaking 5% commission How to Apply? Submit your résumé and a brief note on your experience and availability.
