Job Description

Sanchez Performance LLC is a Texas-based engineering, manufacturing, and performance company. We design, test, and produce our own products rather than reselling existing solutions. Our R&D division, Sanchez Labs , develops new technologies, validates concepts through real-world testing, and turns ideas into products that solve real problems for enthusiasts and builders. Our current product, PRESION , is an additive-manufactured (PA12 carbon fiber) oil catch can engineered with a five-stage internal separation geometry — validated across five design generations on a high-mileage test vehicle. It's available now, and we're building the go-to-market motion around it from the ground floor. We're looking for a self-motivated Sales Partner who's passionate about automotive culture and wants direct impact at an early-stage, engineering-driven company. You may be a fit if you: Enjoy talking with enthusiasts, builders, racers, and automotive professionals Have experience in sales, marketing, content creation, community management, or customer outreach Understand automotive performance products, or are eager to learn Are comfortable working independently and want ownership from day one
Responsibilities:
Promote and help sell Sanchez Performance products Build relationships with customers, shops, and the automotive community Support social media, content creation, and product launches Gather customer feedback to help guide future product development Represent the company online and at events as opportunities arise Identify new sales opportunities and grow brand awareness
Compensation:
Commission-based. This is a flexible, entrepreneurial role — a strong fit for someone who wants direct upside tied to the results they drive, rather than a fixed-salary position. We care less about formal credentials and more about finding someone enthusiastic, reliable, and genuinely interested in automotive engineering, performance vehicles, and bringing innovative products to market. Austin and Central Texas candidates preferred; remote applicants considered depending on experience.
