The Role We are seeking an experienced Costco Product Demonstration Representative, or as it's referred to at HexClad, a RoadShow Sales Representative . You'll be the face of our brand on the road, engaging customers at Costco locations with captivating, hands-on product demonstrations. From the moment you set up your booth, you'll bring HexClad to life—showcasing the features and benefits of our cookware, sparking genuine interest, and turning that energy into sales. Head of RoadShow Sales Key Responsibilities Product Demonstration:
Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations at Costco locations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of HexClad cookware.
Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers, answering inquiries, providing product information, and creating a positive and memorable experience.
Sales Conversion:
Actively promote and drive sales of HexClad cookware during product demonstrations, aiming to convert customer interest into purchases.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of HexClad products, materials, and technology to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Relationship Building:
Build positive relationships with Costco staff and management to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment during product demonstrations.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on product demonstration performance, including key metrics such as sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
Brand Representation:
Ensure that all interactions and demonstrations align with HexClad's brand identity and values.
Inventory Management:
Assist in managing and replenishing inventory for product demonstrations, coordinating with internal teams as needed. Requirements Ability to drive with reliable transportation, required. Ability to be on the road for 10 consecutive days at a time, required. Previous experience in product demonstration or sales, especially within a retail or Costco environment, strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred but not required. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with customers. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Familiarity with cookware or kitchen products is a plus. Physical ability to set up and dismantle demonstration booths and lift moderately heavy objects. Love of food and cooking is a plus, though not required to thrive in the role. Compensation + Benefits Compensation + Commission Structure | Minimum wage base compensation and a highly competitive, performance-dependent commission structure. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
