In this role, you will contribute to the execution of high-visibility events that span regions, audiences, and channels—helping bring brand and solutions to life across some of the industry's most important stages. This is an opportunity to work within a fast-moving, collaborative environment w scale, precision, and consistency matter. We are seeking an experienced Global Events Specialist to support the execution of a worldwide events strategy within a leading, global technologyanization. This role contributes to delivering high-impact event experiences that strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and connect with customers and partners across key markets. Based in Morrisville, North Carolina, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners across regions to execute a portfolio of global events, including industry trade shows, conferences, and hybrid experiences. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of global event programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC Contribute to the planning and delivery of industry trade shows and conferences Coordinate with internal stakeholders, regional teams, agencies, and external partners Manage logistics for event assets, includinganizing, shipping, tracking, and on-site readiness across multiple business units Assist in vendor coordination, budget tracking, and resource planning Support event reporting, performance measurement, and post-event analysis enhance attendee engagement and brand visibility through thoughtful execution and continuous improvement Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting or managing large-scale events or trade shows (corporate or agency experience preferred) Strong project management andanizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellentmunication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail Familiarity with event technology platforms (e.g., Captello or similar) preferred Interest or experience in the technology sector is a plus Comfortable working across global teams, cultures, and time zones What This Role Offers Opportunity to contribute to globally scaled event programs within a leading technology environment Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and regional teams Experience supporting both in-person and hybrid event execution A pathway to potential full-time opportunities based on performance Additional Information Hybrid work model (3 days per week in-office in Morrisville, NC) Domestic and international travel may be required !
Pay Details:
