SALES / EVENT SPECIALIST
to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind events by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your passion for events and marketing along with your hospitality and sales experience will help us build lasting relationships with clients and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at people skills , and loves events and being in the mix. Your expertise in customer service and sales will ensure success. Duties Execute proven event marketing strategies to attract new clients and boost engagement. Coordinate, and work all aspects of events including venue setup and guest services. Gather customer information, while at the same time informing them on core values and services that are provided by Apex Windows and Bath Provide exceptional customer service promptly and professionally throughout the process and during events. Ensure all event duties and activities align with organizational goals while delivering memorable experiences for guests. Experience Proven experience in events, sales, or hospitality roles such as server or customer service operations. Previous experience in events or sales is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills combined with organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently is preferred. Background in guest services within hospitality settings adds valuable insight into guest engagement strategies. Prior roles involving banquet or restaurant experience will support your success in working diverse event types. Join us as a
