In this role, you will connect with customers directly, showcase our products, and create memorable experiences that drive brand awareness and sales. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help foster positive relationships with consumers, making every interaction count. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing, customer service, and event management skills while representing a dynamic brand. As an In-Store Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our bakery during sampling events. You'll engage shoppers, offer samples, share our story, and create a warm, memorable experience that reflects the joy and craftsmanship behind our babka. Duties Set up and execute product sampling stations at various retail locations, events, and promotional venues Offer samples and explain product flavors, ingredients, and brand story Collect valuable customer feedback and data during sampling events to inform marketing strategies Engage with customers through friendly conversation, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service Coordinate with event organizers and retail partners to ensure smooth execution of sampling activities Promote brand awareness through public speaking, branding efforts, and active participation in community events Skills Previous experience in food service or product demonstrations is highly desirable Strong data collection skills to gather insights from customer interactions effectively Sales experience to increase purchase interest Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse customer groups are a plus Knowledge of event marketing techniques to maximize promotional impact Excellent communication skills for public speaking and engaging presentations Energetic, personable, and comfortable talking to strangers Understanding of branding principles to consistently represent the company's image Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments Genuine excitement about high-quality products Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail Self motivated and able to work independently Ability to stand for several hours and lift light materials (tables, sample trays) Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain one) Why You'll Love This Job Be the face of a growing, well-loved bakery brand Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow with the brand as we expand Free babka (yes, really!)
