Brand Ambassador The Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving retail sales and service performance, as well as managing budgets across assigned locations and accounts. The Brand Ambassador will build strong relationships with key partners, oversee their assigned territories, and lead through team development, training, and market knowledge. This role also involves managing sales teams, staff development, and budget oversight. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Store Relationship Management • Conduct daily store visits (store walks) at assigned Home Depot locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Department Supervisors, and Store Associates. Act as the primary liaison between Best Care Home Services and Home Depot. Ensure Best Care programs, displays, and marketing materials are maintained and presented professionally. Communicate store feedback, opportunities, and concerns to Best Care leadership. Associate Training & Development (PKs) Conduct weekly Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions with Home Depot associates. Educate associates on Best Care Home Services programs, services, and customer benefits. Train associates on lead-generation processes and how to properly refer customers. Maintain training records and participation tracking. Provide ongoing coaching and support to increase associate engagement. Event Management & Marketing Plan and execute in-store promotional events. Coordinate and manage water heater program events and other service-related promotions. Set up displays, educational materials, and lead-generation stations. Engage customers and associates during events to increase program awareness. Represent Best Care Home Services in a positive and professional manner at all times. Lead Generation & Sales Support • Drive customer lead generation through associate engagement and in-store activities. Monitor store lead performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support store associates in understanding the value of generating customer leads. Partner with Home Depot leadership to achieve lead-generation objectives. Promote all applicable Best Care Home Services offerings, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Water Heater programs. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Monitor training completion, event participation, and lead-generation results. Maintain accurate records of store visits, PKs, events, and performance metrics. Provide recommendations for improving store engagement and program growth.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build relationships with customers and retail associates. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned stores. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred:
Experience in retail, sales, marketing, or customer service. Experience working with Home Depot or similar retail partnerships. HVAC, Plumbing, Water Heater, or Home Services industry experience. Event marketing or lead-generation experience.
