Responsibilities Engage with customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience. Perform live shoe cleaning demonstrations and educate customers on proper shoe care. Recommend Shoe MGK products based on customer needs. Build relationships with customers and create repeat business. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk. Assist with inventory management and restocking products. Promote current products and special offers. Qualifications Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality. Passion for sneakers, fashion, and streetwear culture. Comfortable approaching customers and performing product demonstrations. Ability to stand for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow.
