We're looking for flex employees as we scale from Lakeway to New Braunfels. Our team members stay active and engaged—handling inventory, setting up auctions, assisting bidders, and helping keep operations running smoothly across multiple locations. Some days you'll be in Buda, others in New Braunfels—every day is different. We're a small, fast-moving team, and we're intentionally looking for people who want more than just a paycheck. We invest in our people by training them in every part of the business—from operations to auctions to customer interaction. For those who are motivated and want to level up, we provide a path to grow into leadership—and even help you launch your own auction location down the line.
