Assist in setting up outdoor promotional events or booths to attract attention and generate leads. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company at all times. Track and report on outreach activities, including number of flyers distributed and community responses. Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness. Experience Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or outdoor marketing is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities within the team. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with the public confidently and clearly.
