We create unforgettable nights that bring people together and build thriving communities. You'd be joining a team that knows how to execute at the highest level. The Role As a Promoter, you're on the front lines of our Riverwalk venue—bringing energy, charisma, and execution to fill a 150-person club with quality guests. You work Friday and Saturday nights (7 PM - 2 AM) handing out wristbands, building buzz, and converting foot traffic into cover charges. This is a high-commission role with real earning potential and a clear path to management for the right person. Key Responsibilities Distribute wristbands and attract guests to the venue during operating hours Hit a minimum of 20 covers per night, every night you work Represent World Crawl with high energy, professionalism, and street credibility Build relationships within the San Antonio community and live music scene Who We're Looking For High energy, extroverted, and street-savvy—you thrive on the hustle Deep knowledge of San Antonio, the Riverwalk, and the local nightlife scene Genuine understanding of and passion for Latin culture and live music Reliable and always on time—we value consistency and commitment Leadership potential—you see this as your entry point to team management Any promotions or street team experience is a plus, but your attitude and hustle matter most
