In-Person (Retail Environment) Compensation $750-$1,250 per week (includes base pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses) Actual earnings may vary based on hours worked and individual performance. This position includes a guaranteed base pay, with additional earning potential through commission and bonuses. Job Overview Ridgeline Strategies is seeking Retail Brand Ambassadors to represent products and services in a retail environment. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, provide product information, and assist with service enrollment while delivering a positive customer experience. This is a full-time W-2 position with paid training provided. No prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions in a retail setting Promote products and services in a professional and accurate manner Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions Assist customers with questions and service enrollment Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach Participate in training and ongoing development programs Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Ability to work on-site in a retail environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused, dependable, and professional Comfortable in a customer-facing role No prior experience required (paid training provided) Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay Base pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses Paid training and ongoing mentorship Flexible scheduling options Employee discounts on select products/services Advancement opportunities based on performance How to Apply Apply through Indeed with an updated resume.
