In-person (On-Site / Retail Environment) Pay $750-$1,250 per week (includes base pay and potential commission/bonuses) Actual earnings will vary based on hours worked, performance, and sales results. A guaranteed base pay is provided, with additional earnings available through commission and bonuses. Job Overview Ridgeline Strategies is hiring Retail Brand Ambassadors to represent and promote products and services in a retail setting. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, provide product information, and support service enrollment while delivering a positive brand experience. This is a full-time, W-2 employee position with paid training. No prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in a retail setting through face-to-face interactions Represent and promote brand products and services in a professional manner Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions Assist customers with questions and service enrollment Follow company guidelines, sales processes, and compliance standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals Maintain a customer-focused and professional approach Participate in training and ongoing development Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Ability to work on-site in a retail environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused, dependable, and professional Comfortable in a customer-facing role No prior experience required (paid training provided) Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay ($750-$1,250 range including base pay and incentives) Base pay plus commission and performance-based bonuses Paid training Flexible scheduling options Employee discounts on select products/services Advancement opportunities based on performance How to Apply Apply through Indeed with an updated resume.
