Job Description

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors . In this role, you will represent nationally recognized brands and nonprofit organizations at live events, community outreach campaigns, promotional activations, and retail events while building meaningful connections with consumers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, event promotions, customer engagement, communications, and brand management . No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities Represent client brands professionally at promotional events, retail activations, and community outreach campaigns. Engage directly with consumers to educate them about products, services, and campaign initiatives. Create positive customer experiences that increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, event attendees, and community members. Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of promotional events and marketing campaigns. Support marketing and communications teams with campaign implementation and event coordination. Collect consumer feedback and provide insights to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and marketing initiatives. Track event metrics, customer interactions, and campaign results accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and exceed performance expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, public relations, or business is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Comfortable interacting with the public in face-to-face environments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, athletics, or leadership activities is a plus but not required.
