- Book and coordinate introductory Pilates sessions
- Connect with current and prospective members
- Explain program benefits and membership options
- Follow up with leads and help drive enrollments
- Build relationships throughout the club and community Qualifications
- Passion for Pilates, fitness, and wellness
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Growth
- Hourly pay plus uncapped commissions
