Location This position will be based at our new Seattle retail store , located at 510 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104 . The Seattle location is expected to open in September . We are open to hiring candidates who are available to start in September when the Seattle location opens. Candidates who are available earlier may also have the opportunity to begin training at our Lakewood facility before transitioning to the Seattle store once it opens. The Role:
Sports Live-Stream Sales Influencer As a Live-Stream Sales Influencer , you will be a key contributor to the company's success. You will lead live-stream events, showcase products, and apply proven sales techniques to encourage active participation and bidding. Through your presence, expertise, and enthusiasm, you will capture viewer attention, generate excitement, and convert viewers into long-term customers and brand advocates. In this sports-focused role , you will implement industry-standard live-sales formats, including breaks and other popular show structures . You will combine top-tier sales skills with a passion for sports, engaging fans across the globe and connecting them with collectibles they can value for years to come.
Responsibilities Engage and Inspire:
Use strong interpersonal skills and a compelling on-camera presence to actively engage viewers and encourage participation in live sales.
Product Presentation:
Showcase a variety of products during live streams, clearly communicating features, benefits, and value.
Drive Sales:
Apply sales expertise to close deals, meet revenue goals, and deliver effective calls-to-action.
Community Building:
Cultivate an interactive and loyal audience that returns consistently for live events.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and key details to educate and inform buyers.
Accountability:
Take ownership of performance metrics and consistently strive to meet or exceed sales KPIs. Requirements Familiarity with the three major U.S.
sports:
football, baseball, and basketball. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to reliably commute to the Seattle retail store located at 510 Occidental Ave S, Seattle, WA 98104 beginning in September. Candidates available before September may be asked to train at our Lakewood facility prior to transitioning to the Seattle location. Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences and establish lasting relationships. Comfort with technology and social media platforms. High level of accountability, self-motivation, and comfort in a performance-driven environment. Energetic, fun, and engaging personality. Confidence performing on camera and entertaining live audiences. Preferred Experience Prior live-streaming experience , including platforms such as TikTok, Twitch, Whatnot, or similar platforms. Experience creating engaging video content. Background in restaurants or bartending. Sales or business development experience. Podcasting, radio, or video hosting experience.
