Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and engaging Event Brand Ambassador to represent our brand at community events, trade shows, and promotional activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to connect with potential customers, showcase our services, and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for marketing and customer engagement. Duties Act as the face of the company at various events, engaging attendees with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential clients about waterproofing solutions Collect valuable data from event interactions to support marketing strategies and follow-up efforts Manage social media accounts by sharing event highlights, photos, and live updates to boost brand visibility Promote brand awareness through active public speaking and outreach efforts Assist in setting up event booths, displays, and promotional materials to attract attention Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding prospects through the sales process Qualifications Previous experience in food service, sales, or event marketing is helpful but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual abilities are a plus Ability to offer FREE basement inspections clearly and effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable working in dynamic environments and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Knowledge of branding, public speaking, and marketing principles will enhance your effectiveness in this role, but is not necessary Join us as an Event Brand Ambassador and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to making a lasting impact through engaging community interactions!
