$18/hr base rate PLUS $50 bonus per appointment kept! Your success is measured by appointments set and kept, not by closing any sales. We have dedicated salespeople for that part, so don't feel that pressure up front! We will teach you about our products, but you don't have to have all the answers! What you'll be doing: Confidently approaching customers in a retail store in either Appleton or Green Bay and engaging them in conversation about the windows we sell to schedule in-home appointments with our sales team Professionally representing a well-established, reputable local company Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down kiosk displays

Top performers can increase their total earnings through consistent appointments! Now THAT'S a part-time gig! Flexibility! Shifts are typically mid-mornings to early evenings, Monday-Thursday, with occasional Friday-Sunday events. You can work between 10-29 hours per week. Paid training! We will set you up with all of the knowledge you'll need to be successful. And you'll make your hourly wage while training! You're potentially a good fit if: You're outgoing, empathetic, and willing to talk with people in public You exude positivity in your demeanor, staying motivated even when customers decline to speak with you You're comfortable standing and engaging the public for your whole shift You're able to lift up to 40 lbs and set up/take down displays You can stand for extended periods of time You're flexible enough to work 10-29 hours per week You're at least 18 years old with reliable transportation Windows of Wisconsin is located in Kaukauna, WI, visible from Highway 41 on the frontage road.
