In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences that showcase our products and values. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and support our marketing initiatives. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience with our brand Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility Collect valuable data from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve service delivery Support sales efforts by actively promoting products when appropriate Communicate effectively with team members and customers, ensuring clear understanding of brand messaging and product details Experience Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer feedback and engagement metrics Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills for public speaking, product demos, and team collaboration Passion for branding, marketing, and promoting products
