Job Description
A nationally recognized real estate brokerage is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our professional and fast‑paced team. This role is essential to ensure all real estate transactions progress smoothly from negotiations to close. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions from listing the property to closing the transaction, ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met
- Serve as the primary liaison between title companies, lenders, realtors, and the clients.
- Assist with preparing listing advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support office operations Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
