We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for overseeing contract paperwork, file organization, and ensuring all transactions remain compliant with brokerage and real estate requirements. This role plays a key part in the daily operations of our office and helps support our agents and clients throughout the transaction process. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, able to multitask efficiently, and comfortable communicating with a variety of personalities in a professional and positive manner. Real estate experience and knowledge of contracts are preferred but not required.
